Dr. Neil Friedman

Dr. Neil Friedman is a distinguished oncologist renowned for his extensive expertise in breast cancer treatment and research. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University with honors. He subsequently completed an Internal Medicine and Hematology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He then completed a Medical Oncology fellowship at the Yale University School of Medicine.
After completing his training he was a staff Oncologist at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Md where he was on the teaching faculty of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

Since 2017 Dr. Friedman has been the Chief of Oncology at Laniado Hospital in Netanya Israel with a focus on breast cancer, and was instrumental in developing the Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center at the hospital.

He has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of breast cancer patients. His innovative approach and dedication to integrating the latest research and technologies into clinical practice are hallmarks of his practice.
Currently, he is developing methods to grow patient-derived tumor specimens in the laboratory along with colleagues at Ariel University in Israel and determining how to best treat patients based on factors seen in the lab.

Dr. Elisha Fredman

Dr. Elisha Tzvi Fredman is a highly respected radiation oncologist with a specialized focus on genitourinary cancers, including bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicular cancers. He earned his medical degree from the prestigious Technion Faculty of Medicine in Israel, graduating with high honors. He then furthered his training with a residency in Radiation Oncology at the renowned Sheba Medical Center. Dr. Fredman’s education was further enriched by advanced studies at a well-known American university, which provided him with a comprehensive and global perspective on oncology.

Dr. Fredman gained significant experience at the Cleveland Clinic, one of the leading medical centers in the United States, where he honed his skills in advanced radiation therapy techniques. At the Cleveland Clinic, he specialized in stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), delivering precise and effective treatments to his patients. Currently, he is a vital member of the team at Assuta Medical Center in Tel Aviv. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Fredman is deeply involved in research, focusing on improving radiation therapy outcomes and minimizing side effects. His research spans multiple aspects of genitourinary cancers, and he actively collaborates with international experts, contributing to numerous peer-reviewed publications. Through his dedication to integrating the latest advancements in radiation oncology into clinical practice, Dr. Fredman ensures that his patients receive the highest quality of care.

Dr. Hani Barlev

Dr. Hani Barlev is a highly respected expert in breast surgical oncology, renowned for her extensive experience and compassionate care. She serves as the Director of the Breast Center at Laniado Hospital, where she has been instrumental in founding, establishing, and managing the center, making it a beacon of excellence in breast cancer treatment.

Dr. Barlev completed her medical studies at Tel Aviv University and pursued an internship in general surgery at Sheba Hospital, where she passed her second-phase exams with outstanding honors. She further specialized in oncological and oncoplastic surgery of the breast at the IEO Breast Center in Milan, Italy, under the mentorship of renowned experts like Prof. Veronesi and Prof. Goldhirsch.

Since establishing the Breast Center at Laniado Hospital in 2017, Dr. Barlev has performed over 4,000 breast surgeries, demonstrating her vast clinical expertise. The center, known for its integrated approach combining radiology, surgery, plastic surgery, oncology, and pathology, is highly regarded and serves patients from all over the country, recognized for its excellence by all health funds.

Dr. Barlev’s commitment to patient care extends beyond her technical skills. Dr. David Frager

Dr. David H. Frager is an esteemed radiologist with a distinguished career in diagnostic, molecular, and interventional radiology with a significant focus on breast cancer imaging and diagnosis. He holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic, Molecular, and Interventional Radiology and is affiliated with several prominent hospitals within the Mount Sinai Health System.

Dr. Frager earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his internship in general radiology at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, followed by a residency in general radiology at Montefiore Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology, underscoring his expertise and dedication to the field.

With a prolific academic career, Dr. Frager has published 45 research papers, contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in radiology.​

Dr. Emily Harper

Dr. Emily Harper is a highly skilled cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon specializing in breast surgery. With a medical degree from Johns Hopkins University and advanced fellowship training in breast reconstruction and cosmetic breast surgery at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Harper has performed hundreds of successful surgeries. She currently serves as the Director of the Breast Reconstruction Unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, helping patients regain confidence and improve their quality of life through meticulous surgical techniques and a keen aesthetic sense.

Dr. Vladimir Kravtsov

Dr. Kravtsov - Pathologist

Dr. Vladimir Kravtsov is a highly accomplished pathologist, currently serving as the Director of the Cytopathology Unit at Meir Medical Center in Kefar-Sava, Israel. Dr. Kravtsov earned his medical degree from Izhevsk State Medical Institute in Russia and completed his PhD at the Research Institute of Human Morphology of the Russian Academy of Medical Science in Moscow. With an extensive international background, Dr. Kravtsov has trained in various prestigious institutions worldwide, including the Weil Medical College of Cornell University and Harvard Medical School in the USA. His professional journey encompasses significant roles such as Senior Pathologist and Cytopathologist at E. Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Israel, and his current leadership position at Meir Medical Center. Dr. Kravtsov is renowned for his expertise in cytopathology and his innovative contributions to diagnostic surgical pathology.

Dr. Kravtsov’s international engagements highlight his dedication to advancing the field of pathology. He has participated in numerous global scientific meetings, including the American Society of Cytopathology and the European Congress of Cytology. His academic contributions are further exemplified by his role as an instructor at the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, and his tenure as an associate professor at the International Cytology School in Moscow, Russia.
